ICH is secured to the reinforcing steel of within the concrete foundation of a building and is recommended for floor areas 'less' than 150m2. ICH has a thermal storage capacity, however such advantage was higher in the past, when lower night tariffs where available.
We highly recommend ICH if you have chosen coloured concrete floor finish, but as a utilised as a background warmth.
